Most of the products are available most of the time, but every now and again we run out of stock of something or other. If this happens, we will let you know as soon as possible. Normally we can offer an alternative, or a issue refund if you prefer. Photographs used on the website are generally accurate and are for illustration, Actual models and products might vary slightly as they are updated. You will always be sent the same level or product or better.
We will normally dispatch your order in 2-3 business days maximum. Often it will be on its way the same day.

With the best will in the World, things sometimes break. The warranty last for 12 months from the date of delivery. Faulty items can be returned for an exchange (where available) or refund. The refund will be sent once we have received the faulty item and it has been confirmed as being faulty (not damaged or misused by buyer).
*None faulty items can be returned for exchange or refund provided that the following criteria is met:-
- THE ITEM MUST BE IN RESALEABLE CONDITION
- THE ITEM MUST HAVE THE ORIGINAL UNDAMAGED PACKAGING
