Medistel Ultrasonic Instrument Disinfectant / Steriliser (1 litre)

Medistel is a medical grade surgical instrument disinfectant & steriliser that is perfect for use in an Ultrasonic Cleaner. If you don't have an autoclave, then this is the product you need. Medistel disinfects in 10 minutes and sterilises in 30minutes. Each batch you mix will remain usable for 14 days.

Medistel combines secure microbiological credentials with safety in use and a quick contact time. Medistel is suitable for both human and veterinary applications for high-level disinfection of surgical instruments and medical devices at a dilution of 1:20.

Formerly sold as Meddis, Medistel is the preferred product for the chemical reprocessing of thermo-sensitive surgical instruments, flexible or rigid endoscopes and devices. Medistel disinfects in 10 minutes and sterilises in 30 minutes.

Medistel is manufactured in the United Kingdom to the highest standards conforming to BS EN ISO9001:2000 and BS EN ISO13485:2003. It also conforms to Medical Directive 93/42/EEC requirements and carries the CE Mark. Medistel is faster acting, safer to use and more economic than 2% activated alkaline glutaraldehyde.
