The temperature display is critical in workplace settings where hot water use might present health and safety risks. Visible tank temperature helps prevent scalding in environments such as dental practices and repair garages.

Digital Vs Analogue Ultrasonic Cleaners

Digital control cleaners offer greater control over heating and cycle times than analogue models. However, they do not always guarantee better cleanliness. For external item cleaning, analogue models without degassing may be sufficient.

For internal cleaning of intricate parts like carburettors, a digital ultrasonic cleaner with degassing is recommended. Analogue (dial control) machines have a maximum runtime of 20 minutes, limiting cleaning time for tougher jobs.
