Sensitive Metal Cleaning Solution for use with Ultrasonic Cleaners (5 Ltr). A concentrated cleaner and de-greaser formulated to aid cleaning in ultrasonic baths. It is safe to use on all metals including brass, aluminium, copper, zinc, tin and alloys. It quickly removes grease, oil, lubricants and grime from surfaces and emulsifies them into the solution.
Directions:
The Sensitive Metal Cleaning Solution ia a concentrate. Add to water at a rate of 1 part concentrate to 10 parts of water. The operating temperature of the ultrasonic cleaner should be set between 40 and 80 degrees centigrade. After cleaning, rinse all surfaces thoroughly with clean water. The bath should be changed regularly when the solution becomes dirty. Always test before use on new applications.
